At Launch You, our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes products or services simply do not meet expectations. In that case, please review our refund policy below:
Digital Products and Services
- You may request a full refund on digital products and services within 30 days of your purchase date. This includes programs like Modern Wealthy, LaunchPad, etc.
- To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days.
- After 30 days from purchase, refunds on digital products are no longer available.
Subscription Services
- Our subscription services require automatic recurring billing. Payments are non-refundable as you receive access immediately upon billing.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. To avoid unwanted charges, please cancel at least 3 days before your next billing date.
- Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. No refunds are given for canceling subscriptions after subsequent billings.
Mentorship and Coaching Programs
- You may request a full refund on mentorship and coaching programs within 3 days of your purchase date.

Bundled Products

- Products and services provided by third parties, like domain registrations and web hosting, are generally non-refundable per the third party's policies. Please review individual third party policies for details.
